RETURN POLICY
There is a 20% restocking fee for all qualified return product B2B Cabinet will accept returns on unopened, undamaged products only.
First, please bring the product to our warehouse pickup/delivery area for inspection. Remember to bring your Sales Order/Delivery Order number. This information is necessary to proceed with your request. After the product inspection our front office will determine eligibility for return/refund/exchange and will contact you with the next steps.
Claims for concealed damage or missing items must be reported along with pictures in the original packaging within 30 days of receipt.
