RETURN POLICY:

We offer hassle-free returns on defective items. All other qualifying returns are subject to industry standard 25% restocking fee. Please request a Return Merchandise Authorization in 25 days after you received your items. All returns must be approved by B2B Cabinet.

RETURN PROCESS:

1. Please make sure you check your items at the time of delivery before accepting.
2. Freight damage claims must be filed within 3 business days and all the claims with proper paper work. If you notice a defect or damage please send an email with the image to sales@b2bcabinet.com
3. Once your email is received, we will start working on your replacement.Please make sure cabinets are not assembled or installed.
4. No RETURN or REPLACEMENT offered on assembled products.
